Causes of noise in the moving table of the band saw machine:
Excessive dust accumulation Clean up and maintain the movable beam box in the swing arm of the machine tool. The dust inside the swing arm and the movable beam box is too much. The rollers in the swing arm are not adjusted properly. Clean and maintain the machine. The size of the vertical ruler saw is not allowed to shift the left and right position of the vertical ruler. Readjust the left and right position of the vertical ruler and tighten the size sawed with the horizontal ruler. The left and right positions of the guide ruler or horizontal ruler and the sawn board have a too large diagonal error.
