What are the requirements for the implementation of the drying machine:

1 Balance treatment: It is to eliminate the difference of water content between different piles in the kiln, and ensure that the moisture content of all woods meets the requirements when the kiln is discharged. After drying to the later stage, most of the probes have high moisture content, and a few have met the requirements. In order to allow the kiln wood to pass the kiln, it must be balanced. The equilibrium treatment temperature is consistent with the final baseline requirement. The relative humidity requirement is the final moisture content. Low relative humidity of 2% equilibrium moisture content, until the final moisture content of each probe is uniform;

2 The end of the high-humidity treatment: is to eliminate the uneven thickness of the inside and outside of the wood. The high humidity treatment temperature is equal to the relative humidity of the equilibrium final moisture content at the final stage temperature of the reference, and the relative humidity is 4% higher than the final moisture content.

3 Cooling out of the kiln: The temperature in the late stage of drying is high. In order to prevent the hot wood from bursting when it exits the kiln, the wood must be cooled before the kiln can be discharged.
