1. 2. Carefully implement the following general rules for carpenter machine tools:
(1) Do it carefully before the operation: the machine tool with special personnel is fixed. The operator should read the handover record carefully to know the operation status and questions of the previous machine tool. Check on the machine tool and the job site, if there is any debris that is not related to the operation, it should be removed. Check the safety protection equipment should be completely intact. Machine tools without protective equipment are forbidden to operate. The viewing operation should be in a non-operational orientation. Check the electrical distribution box should be closed and reliable, excellent electrical grounding. The amount of oil in the smooth oil storage area should be sufficient and the seal should be outstanding. The oil mark, oil cup, oil nozzle, etc. should be complete, the device is correct, and the oil eye is not blocked. Refuel according to smooth chart rules. Machine tools with more than one class of parking shall be tested for empty operation and only after the operation is recognized as normal.
(2) Do it carefully during the operation: the machine is fixed with a special person to operate. The operator should stick to the position and operate carefully, and do not do anything that is not related to the operation. When leaving the machine, park the car and block the power supply. There is no return to the machine tool operated by a special person. After the operator has finished the machine tool, he should park the car and block the power supply. Cutter and wood should be clamped correctly and tightened reliably. The mechanical transmission of the transmission and feed must be parked after the tool is separated from the workpiece. Pay attention to the wood without iron nails, beware of damaging the knives. Pay close attention to the operation status, smooth status, temperature rise status and sound status of the machine tool. If you find any abnormal phenomena, you should park your car immediately and check the operation. When an accident occurs on the machine tool, you should park the car immediately, insist on the scene of the accident, and state the relevant departments for analysis and disposal.
(3) Do it carefully after the operation: put the operating handle in the non-operational direction to block the power supply. Wipe the machine tool and clean the work site. Fixed machine tools that are operated by designated personnel should be filled with the machine tool doubts found in the shift in the handover shift record book, and the shift work should be done.
