3. Carefully implement the following special rules for wood band saws:
(1) Carpenter's lathe: The knives should be installed on the adjustable knife holder or held on the knife holder and walked into the turning, and it is forbidden to hold the turning in the air.
(2) Carpenter milling machine: 1. When the spindle is working normally, the milling should be carried out during operation. Slow milling should be used when using a large-diameter milling cutter. 2. The spindle should not be lifted too fast, the depth of the effort should not be too large, and the manual feed should be uniform. 3. When the spindle needs to be reversed, the tool must be retracted from the workpiece, and then the commutation can be performed after the spindle rotation is stopped. 4. Carpenter milling machines are only allowed to use the cutter head at a speed of 1320 rpm. Other three rotation speeds of 2010, 2645 and 4080 are prohibited to use the cutter head for milling.
(3) Carpenter's planer: 1. Use manual bar turning before operation, and then start the machine after acknowledging that the cutter has changed sensitivity. 2. Planing materials can only be made after the machine tool is operating normally. 3. Flat planing: (1) The protective board should be moved according to the width of the wood. (2) When planing, pay attention to check whether the knots on the wood are dead or alive, and avoid hitting others. 4. Press planing: Pay attention to the large and small ends of the wood when planing, and give the appropriate amount of effort according to the size of the wood. The maximum should not exceed 5 cm.

(4) Carpenter sawing machine: 1. Circular sawing machine: (1) The circular saw blade should be installed correctly and reliably before operation. The sensitivity should be changed when using manual cranking. (2) The feed rate during sawing is forbidden to be too large. If the rotation speed of the saw blade is slowed down due to overfeeding, the wood should be pulled back a little at a time, and then the material should be fed after the rotation speed has recovered. 2. General band saw: (1) Before the operation, the saw blade should be adjusted to be suitable for tightness, and the tooth tip is higher than the marginal end face of the flywheel. (2) When adjusting the inclination of the worktable according to the requirements, pay attention not to touch the saw blade and clips, and level the worktable in time after the work is completed. (3) The feed rate during sawing is forbidden to be too large. If the speed of the saw blade slows down due to excessive feeding, the wood should be withdrawn slightly immediately and the feed should be restored after the rotation speed has recovered. (4) Lower the upper flywheel after work to relax the saw blade. 3. 48 sports car band saw machine: (1) Do before the operation: ① Adjust the saw blade to make it tight and suitable, and the tooth tip is 20 mm higher than the marginal end face of the flywheel. ② There are hardwood blocks on the upper and lower rolling heads to clamp the saw blade so as not to make the saw blade swing, but it cannot be clamped too tightly to make the saw blade heat. ③ Close the wooden protective door of the upper flywheel. (2) During the operation: ① When sawing, separate the clutch that regulates the movement of the band saw to prepare for adjustment at any time. ② Always wipe some kerosene or water on the saw blade to make it smooth and cool. ③ The slider of the upper rolling head should be moved to 50 ~ 100 mm of the sawn timber between the upper rolling head. ④ The speed of the sports car should be determined according to the volume of the sawn wood and the soft and hard texture. ⑤ It is only necessary to tie fishing when sawing round timber. When it is thin, it is necessary to tie up and down. ⑥ After the wood saw is stripped or a piece of wood, the sports car should be pulled back to prevent the wood from bumping the saw blade due to deformation. ⑦ When the wood saw breaks down halfway and the sports car is to be returned, the joystick installed on the sports car frame to prevent the wooden frame from moving should be grasped so as not to move the wooden frame. ⑧ It is forbidden to add lubricating oil or tighten bolts when the machine tool moves. ⑨ When the machine tool is suspended or the sports car is loaded, the sports car joystick controller should be controlled. (3) Lower the upper flywheel after work to relax the saw blade.
