3. Check that the motor insulation performance is good and the direction of rotation is correct.
4. The above three points are completed. After no problem, the idling test is carried out: check whether there are any vibrations in the parts and the bearing heat.
5. If the idling condition is good, the hang-up can be started: the thickness and length of the saw blade used must be checked before the hang-up; the whole saw blade has no convex or concave, and the warp is not straight; the welded joint should be smooth and smooth, the serration is sharp, and the sawing is correct. When hanging the bar, be careful not to let the serrated blade touch the saw wheel face. The root of the sawtooth is about 10 mm from the end face of the rim. Manipulating the sawing and lifting device, pre-tensioning it, turning the upper wheel by hand to test the rotation. If the saw blade is moving inward (or outward), the lifting handwheel can be pulled back and the right guide can be lifted and lowered. Column, adjust the inclination of the upper saw wheel until the saw blade runs smoothly. Then adjust the tension of the saw blade so that it is tightly stabilized at a certain position on the saw wheel.
6. Check that the automatic adjustment structure of the tensioning device is flexible and reliable. Press the weight of the hammer by hand, the elasticity is large, the weight is light, and the small elasticity is heavy. The weight is too light, the saw blade swings left and right during operation, and the sawing material is poor in quality; the weight is too heavy, and the running is smooth and the broken strip is easy. Therefore, the weight of the weight is generally moderate, and it is better to be lighter.
