Woodworking machinery can be roughly divided into three categories: lumber-making machinery, joinery machinery and auxiliary machinery according to the processing nature of the machinery and the types of tools used. Timber-making machinery includes: band sawing machine, circular sawing machine, frame sawing machine, etc. Joinery machinery includes: creating machines, milling machines, tenoning machines, drilling machines, tenoning and groove machines, lathes, polishing machines, etc.
Auxiliary equipment includes: saw blade gear cutting machine, saw blade welding machine, saw blade roller press, material press, file saw machine, sharpening machine, etc. A wound bed with a saw machine is commonly used in construction sites.
1. Classification and characteristics of sawing machine
(1) Band saw machine: The band saw machine is a machine that surrounds the band saw blade on the saw wheel, makes it rotate, and cuts wood. The cutting motion of its saw blade is continuous in one direction, and the cutting speed is faster; it can saw Large-diameter round logs or extra-large square lumber, and the cutting quality is good; you can also use single saw sawing, and reasonable sawing under the lumber, so the lumber grade rate is high, and the lumber yield rate is high. At the same time, the saw blade is thinner and the saw road loss is less. Therefore, most lumber workshops use band-saw machine-made lumber.
(2) Circular sawing machine: The circular sawing machine is simple in structure, easy to install, easy to use, high in efficiency, and widely used. However, its sawing road height is small, the sawing road width is large, the yield rate is low, and the cutting quality is poor. It is mainly composed of frame, worktable, saw shaft, cutting blade, guide rule, transmission mechanism and safety device.
2. Classification and characteristics of woodworking wound bed
The woodworking machine is used for the plane processing of square materials or plates, and sometimes it is also used for the processing of formed surfaces. After the workpiece is processed by the wound machine, not only can the precise size and the required cross-sectional shape be obtained, but also a smoother surface can be obtained. According to different process uses, woodworking wound beds can be divided into flat wound, pressure wound, double-sided wound, three-sided wound, four-sided wound, and scratch machine.
3. Use of woodworking machinery
Commonly used woodworking machines on construction sites are circular saws and plane cutters. The key points of the safe use of the two types of machinery are as follows.
1. Operating conditions and use points of circular saws
(1) The equipment itself should be controlled by a button switch, and the distance between the gate box and the equipment should not be more than 3m, so that in the event of a fault, the power supply can be quickly cut off without continuous tooth breakage and no cracks in use.
(2) The saw blade must be flat and firm, with sharp teeth and a proper saw path. Cracked saw blades must not be used.
(3) The safety protection device must be complete and effective. The thickness of the divider is moderate and the position is appropriate, so that the saw will not be clamped when sawing long materials; the position of the saw disc guard should be fixed above the saw disc, and it should not be rotated at will during use; the table should be equipped with a protective baffle to prevent material breakage When knots and nails bounce back and hurt people; protective covers must be set at the transmission part
(4) After the saw disc is rotated, the lumber should be sawed when the rotation speed is normal. The thickness of the material to be sawed is limited to not touching the edge of the pressure plate of the fixed saw disc;
(5) When the wood is close to the end, it is necessary to pull the material from the bottom, do not push directly with the hands, use the short plank to push the material when pushing to prevent the sawing hand from being pushed.
(6) When the wood is long, two people cooperate with the operation. During operation, the starter must wait for the wood to exceed 20cm of the saw blade before receiving the material. After receiving the material, do not pull it violently, it should be matched with the feeding material. When the material needs to be returned, the wood must be completely removed from the saw blade and then sent back to the operation not too early to prevent the wood from touching the saw blade;
(7) When cutting wood and sawing short materials, push sticks are used, and direct feeding by hand is not allowed, and the feeding speed cannot be too fast. A wound hook must be used to receive the material. For short materials with wood length less than 50cm, sawing is prohibited
(8) When the saw disk needs to be replaced and inspected and repaired, the switch must be switched off, and the rotation must be completely stopped before working;
(9) The unloading materials should be stacked neatly, and the sawdust on the countertop and in the working range should be removed in time, and the countertop should not be wiped directly by hand.
2. Operating conditions and use points of level wound (hand pressure wound)
(1) It should be clearly stipulated that, except for professional carpenters, no other types of workers are allowed to operate
(2) Check whether the installation of the cutting knife meets the requirements, including the degree of blade tightening, the angle of the cutting knife, and the height of the cutting edge of the table. The thickness and weight of the blade should be uniform, the knife holder and splint must be flat and tight, and the screw for fastening the blade should be embedded in the slot not less than 10mm;
(3) The equipment should be equipped with a button switch, and no pull switch should be installed to prevent accidental start-up. The distance between the gate box and the equipment is no more than 3m, so that the power supply can be cut off quickly when a fault occurs
(4) Before use, it should run idling, and it can be operated only when the speed is normal and there is no fault. When creating materials, you should use tools when pressing the materials with both hands, do not press the materials directly with your hands, to prevent accidents when the wood is moved and the hands are empty;
(5) When creating small wood noodles, press your hand on the upper part of the wood. When passing through the wound, use light force to prevent the hand from pressing the wound and hurting your hand when the wood crumbles;
(6) No machinery shall be used for timber shorter than 20cm. For wood with a length of more than 2m, two persons should cooperate in the operation;
(7) Check the wood carefully before creating the material, remove iron nails, mortar, etc. first, and slow down the advancement speed appropriately when encountering wood knots or reverse stubble;
(8) When the wound needs to be adjusted and inspected and repaired, the switch must be opened to cut off the power supply, and the operation will be carried out after the rotation is completely stopped;
(9) Flowers on the table should not be wiped directly with your hands, and the flowers around should be removed in time;
(10) The use of Leveltron must be equipped with sensitive and reliable safety protection devices. At present, the protective devices used in different places are different, but no matter what form, they must be sensitive and reliable, and it is confirmed by experiments that they can indeed play a protective role;
(11) After the protective device is installed, a dedicated person must be responsible for management. It cannot be dismantled for various reasons. In the event of a failure, the machine cannot be used continuously, and the device can only be reused after the device has passed the maintenance test.
